Conditions for Return- The furniture must be in its original condition and unused.
- All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt, order confirmation) is required.
Non-Refundable Items- Custom-made, special-order, or personalized furniture.
- Modified furniture.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
Defective or Damaged Items- If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Please provide photos of the damage and any relevant details.
Refund ProcessInspection- Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Refunds will only be issued if the item meets the conditions outlined above.
Refund Method- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged on arrival).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
