Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms
By entering this portal, reserving a commission, or acquiring Barakat Home goods, you enter into a binding legal contract governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. These terms define the parameters of client access, purchase eligibility, and commercial fulfillment.
2. Order & Purchase Protocol
All client orders are subject to stock validation, payment authorization, and formal sales confirmation. Buyers are fully responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all submitted details—including delivery address, spatial measurements, selected timber veneers, metal accents, and bespoke configurations. Barakat Home assumes no liability for fulfillment delays resulting from incorrect submissions.
3. Made-to-Order & Natural Material Variations
Because items are artisan-crafted to custom configurations, minor variations in natural wood grain, MDF textures, glass clarity, brushed metal coatings, and leather surfaces are authentic characteristics of noble materials and are not manufacturing defects. Product photographs, 3D renderings, and physical samples represent the closest realistic portrayal, but reasonable display and lighting tolerances apply.
4. Technology & Electrical Integrity
Barakat Home smart diffusers and wardrobes feature proprietary electrical systems, ceramic heating units, and digital interfaces. Clients must operate units strictly with standard GCC 220V–240V infrastructure and follow all safety guides. Tampering with internal wiring, ceramic elements, or electronic boards renders all warranties null and void.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All cabinetry architectures, registered designs, product imagery, brand trademarks, logos, copy, digital renders, and video presentations are the exclusive property of Barakat Home. Reproduction, commercial reuse, or modification without written permission is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all associated transactions are construed under the federal legislation of the United Arab Emirates. Any unresolved dispute shall fall under the competent courts of the UAE.
